Why should you read this book?
The reasons why i'd recommend this book to, is someone who is into novels with teens/love and drama. This book deals with teens and drama that happens during school just like the present day. We've been there when we feel like we are not popular and that you wish to be popular with all the sports recommendations and everyone going to sport games cheering for you. We've all been there when we ourselves were not popular. Which was why i read this book because it had a connection with me and i also had the thought of wanting to be popular and tried changing myself. So i wanted to see how this character Elise was able to make it through her high school year as a sophomore. This novel had a lot of drama in which made the characters have dynamic characteristics. Who would like a story where all the characters were static? Having dynamic characters is what made the story interesting which is also why i recommend it. If you are also into love and the drama of love i'd also recommend this book to you because in the story, the main character Elise gets in love where she is not sure if they really love each other when, of course, they do and there's also that love triangle or that one girl who also likes the guy. It makes you switch on and off on who you want to be together and why this person should be with this and so forth. This might sound weird, but i also recommend this book is because of the way the students act at school to Elise. Like really? Who bullies in high school these days? I really wanted to see how the author portrayed these characters and showing them makes you have so much dislike to them. My last recommendation for this book is that the author makes you become dislike-ful and lovable to the characters in this story when really, it's just a story. Who wouldn't love a story with Drama, Romance, Teens, and these dynamic characteristics? Especially when teens in this time of year ( sophomores and over ) are the ones who change the most. ^^
